$175 per 45-minute session.
Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits
I accept select insurance plans for therapy services. Coverage and benefits vary by plan, so I recommend reaching out directly to confirm eligibility, copays, and any session limits.
For plans I do not accept, therapy services may still be covered through out-of-network benefits. Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.
If you have out-of-network coverage, I can provide a monthly superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates, deductibles, and coverage limits are determined by your individual plan.
Please note: Coaching services are not covered by insurance and are self-pay.
Payment
I accept Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee. This policy allows me to offer consistent and dedicated time to all clients.
